Coastline started with a friend's business idea and a three-word answer. Six years later, it's a family company detailing and coating vehicles across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero.

It started with "maybe just Florida"
The idea that became Coastline arrived as a question. A friend asked Ian Peterson if he wanted to help him detail vehicles, with summers in Erie, Pennsylvania and winters down here in Florida.
Ian thought it over and gave the answer that started everything: "Maybe just Florida."
The answer became a goal. Within a year he had moved, and in 2020 Coastline Mobile Detailing was born in Southwest Florida.
From the start, the aim was a detailing company with a higher standard of service. That meant quality, professionalism, reliability, and care for every vehicle in our hands. It still does.
The work behind the work
Years of hands-on experience and continued training shape how we detail today. We keep refining our techniques and investing in professional-grade products and equipment, because Florida conditions punish anything less.

Why we're mobile only
Coastline has never had a shop, and we chose it that way. A shop asks you to give up your car for the day and sort out the rides. We'd rather come to you.
You hand over the keys, and we work in the driveway, the garage, or a corner of the parking lot, then leave the space the way we found it. Gated community access is part of a normal week for us across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero.
Being mobile also means you see the work happen. Plenty of customers wander out mid-job, and we like that. The walkthrough at the end is easier when you've watched the car change over the course of an afternoon.
