Coastline Mobile Detailing LLC is a mobile auto, boat, and RV detailing company based in Naples, Florida, serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the surrounding area. This policy covers coastlinemobiledetailing.com and the ways we communicate with customers by phone, text, and email.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your vehicle, and any photos you send so we can quote accurately. If you book through our scheduling software, that platform also stores your appointment history.

We ask for the information we need to quote and perform the work. Nothing more.

Information collected automatically

Our website uses privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We also use a session-recording tool that captures on-page activity such as scrolling and clicks so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. These tools are self-hosted on our own analytics service rather than sold to an advertising network.

How we use your information

We use what you share to prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, confirm appointments and send reminders, answer questions, follow up about work we have done, keep records for our own business, and improve the website. If you have opted in, we may also send occasional offers or seasonal reminders.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number or reply to one of our messages, we may text you about quotes, scheduling, arrival times, and follow-up. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us. Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos of your vehicle

We often photograph our work. Those photos may appear on this website, on our Google Business Profile, or on social media. We avoid publishing license plates, house numbers, and anything else that identifies where you live. If you would rather we not photograph or publish your vehicle at all, tell us before the appointment and we will note it on your file.

Cookies and similar technology

The site itself does not use advertising cookies. Our quote form is provided by a third-party platform that may set cookies needed for the form to work, and your browser may store ordinary technical data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working properly if you do.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and customer-management software, our website host, our analytics service, and payment processors, and only so they can perform their work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold or transferred.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit access to the people who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do what we can within our record-keeping obligations.
