The regular visit
A full hand wash, hull to deck. Salt film, waterline scum, and exhaust staining come off before they set, along with a season of Gulf grime.
We come to your driveway or the storage lot and detail the boat right on its trailer, from the first wash-down through oxidation restoration and marine ceramic.

Gelcoat is tough, but it is not paint, and it never gets a clear coat's UV package. The Gulf sun works it over every day the boat sits uncovered, and salt holds moisture against it after dark. First the shine goes flat. Then the surface chalks until a hand dragged across the hull comes away white. Left alone, the gelcoat goes porous, and once salt soaks into those pores no wash pulls the color back out. Regular washing keeps a hull off that timeline.
Once gelcoat has chalked, washing is cosmetic and the fix is mechanical.
Heavier oxidation takes more stages and machine time, and a hull that has baked uncovered for years may not come all the way back. We say so before we start.
A hand wash, then decontamination to lift the bonded salt and staining that soap leaves behind.
Machine compounding cuts away the dead, oxidized layer to reach sound gelcoat underneath.
Refining passes follow until the hull holds a reflection again.

For chalked, dull hulls
The compound-and-polish sequence above, staged to how far the oxidation has gone. Machine time is what separates one marine quote from another.
For sound or restored gelcoat
A marine ceramic coating bonds to corrected gelcoat and holds gloss and UV resistance across seasons. Salt rinses off instead of gripping, and it cures right where the boat sits.
We run mobile boat detailing across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero. If the boat sits on its trailer where you live or store it, we can reach it.
Marco holds one of the densest boat populations on this coast, and plenty of them live on trailers between runs. We book Marco boat work as planned trips, and the details live on our Marco Island page.
A boat meets every storm twice. Ahead of one, a full wash-down keeps whatever sits on the surface from being driven into seams and non-skid by the wind. Afterward the job is decontamination, since surge and wind-blown spray leave salt in places rain never rinses. We do both at your place, and the post-storm visits book fastest.
Length sets the base, oxidation sets the machine time, and deck layout does the rest, since a bare fishing cockpit and a cruiser full of seating and teak are different afternoons. Send a quote request and we'll come back with a firm number.
If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right. That covers marine work the same as everything else.
