Questions We Hear Every Week

The service pages cover the how and why of each detail. This page covers the rest: scheduling, weather, access, and what it takes to book us.

No. We bring our own, so we can detail in a gated community, an office park, or a storage lot as easily as in your driveway.

Yes, every week. A large share of our work is inside gated communities across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero. We sort out gate access with you ahead of time.

We're based in North Naples on the Old 41 corridor and cover Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, with planned trips to Marco Island. The full list, with notes on each area, is on our service areas page.

We watch the radar and talk to you before your appointment. Often we can shift under a garage or covered parking and keep working. When the weather wins, we reschedule, usually within a few days. Afternoon storms are part of scheduling in Southwest Florida from June through September, and we plan around them all summer.

It depends on the season. From November through April, when seasonal residents are back, the calendar books tighter and a week or two of lead time helps. Summer usually has more room, and sometimes we can fit you in within a few days.

Payment is due when the job is done and you've walked the vehicle with us. We'll go over accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking, so there are no surprises on the day.

Most details run two to six hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition. Paint correction and ceramic coating are bigger jobs and take one to two days. We never rush one vehicle to squeeze in another.

Yes. Your car gets detailed in the parking lot while you work. We do this regularly at offices around Naples.

Yes. Boat detailing happens on the trailer at your home or storage lot, and RV detailing happens wherever the coach is parked or stored. Both services have their own pages with the specifics.
